We know information about allergens is important to many people.

All of our products, except for the Beer Brats, are made entirely without the following:  Wheat or other gluten containing items, MSG, milk or milk products, and nuts of any type.

Only the Beer Brats contain gluten, from the malted barley in the beer.

To prevent cross-contamination, we make the Beer Brats after production of non-allergen containing items and then clean the machinery and room before producing any non-allergen containing items.  The beer is kept in a keg on its own shelf in our cooler, below other ingredients.
