Holiday 2012 Shipping
Orders that will be shipped by UPS ground should be placed by 12 midnight on Tuesday, December 13th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.

Orders that will be shipped by UPS 2nd day or overnight should be placed by 12 midnight on Sunday, December 18th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.

Shipping
We typically ship 1-2 business days after receiving your order.  So, orders received Tuesday after noon or later during the week will likely ship the following Monday.  At times, we may be temporarily out of stock on one or more items when we receive your order.  We wil notify you if it will take more than a week to fill your order.

We ship to avoid packages being in transit over the weekend, and so ship Monday-Wednesday for items expected to arrive within 2 days, or Monday-Thursday for items that will arrive within 1 day.

Please email or call us if you need your order to arrive for a certain date and we'll determine if we can guarantee arrival by that date.

Shipping Options
We ship via UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please give us your street address for shipping. We only ship to addresses in the continental U.S.

For addresses within the New England states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT):
    •    We ship via UPS ground, which almost always arrives the next day after shipping.

For orders shipping addresses outside the New England states, for shipping any refrigerated or frozen items (only Summer Sausage, Smoked Pepperoni and RealSticks don't require refrigeration), please choose, you will be required to choose 2nd day or overnight shipping to help ensure that your order arrives cold.
