Vermont Smoke and Cure is only happy when you and your gift recipients are thrilled with the items we send. If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, we'll either replace it or refund the full amount of your order. We wouldn¹t have it any other way.

Holiday 2012 Shipping
Orders that will be shipped by UPS ground should be placed by 12 midnight on Tuesday, December 13th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.

Orders that will be shipped by UPS 2nd day or overnight should be placed by 12 midnight on Sunday, December 18th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.

Shipping
At times, we may be temporarily out of stock on one or more items when we receive your order.  We wil notify you if it will take more than a week to fill your order.

We typically ship 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
 Any items that require refrigeration, shipping to addresses outside of the New England states, ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Items requiring refrigeration shipping to addresses within New England ship Monday-Thursday. Orders containing no items that require refrigeration ship Monday-Friday regardless of destination.

Please email or call us if you need your order to arrive for a certain date and we'll determine if we can guarantee arrival by that date.

We are occasionally temporarily out of stock of some items. If any of the items for your order are out of stock such that it will delay shipping of your order for a week or more, we will notify you of when to expect to receive your order.

When we ship your order, we will notify you by email.

We ship via UPS or USPS. We cannot ship refrigerated items to PO Boxes, so please give us your street address for shipping those.

For refrigerated items shipped within the following northeast states (VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, Washington DC), the shipping cost shown for "2nd Day Air" is the ground rate, which delivers on the ground, given the relatively short distance, within two work days.Please note that "2nd day air" or "overnight" indicate the speed of shipping, not the overall order-to-arrival time, unless confirmed via email or over the phone.

For orders shipping to addresses outside the Northeast states listed above, for shipping any refrigerated or frozen items (only Summer Sausage, Smoked Pepperoni and RealSticks don't require refrigeration), please choose, we only ship via 2nd day or overnight shipping to help ensure that your order arrives cold.
