Quick and easy, perfect to throw on the grill or in the pan for a dinner for a few, dice up for omelettes or a quiche, or just about anything else! A half inch thick slice of our delicious ham, in an eight to twelve-oz piece individually wrapped. Cut from our traditional cure hams.

With slices or our boneless ham steaks, creative options abound!  You can warm them under the broiler, in a pan, or on the grill.

Two Ham Steaks, each avg wt 10 oz.

Cured with water, salt, potassium lactate (from corn), vinegar, sugar, sodium phosphates, Vermont maple syrup, sodium erythorbate, spice extractives, sodium nitrite. Wheat, gluten, dairy and soy free.

HANDLING Ships refrigerated. Refrigerate upon receipt. Best by date of 56 days, and we smoke and ship them every week.

Nutrition Facts:  per 3 oz serving: Total fat 7g, saturated fat 2.5g, trans fat 0g, cholesterol 45mg, sodium 1000mg, carbohydrates 1g, sugars 1g, protein 16g.  Contains 2% of RDA of Iron.

Fully cooked, ready to eat or warm if you'd like.  Great warmed up on the grill (just until warm, don't dry it out!)
