Original Recipe Hams

We prepare our hams using a perfect balance of Vermont Maple Syrup, less salt than most, a secret combination of spices, and a mild, slightly sweet smoke from real corn cobs and maple wood.  The result is the Vermont Smoke and Cure ham. 

We first hand-trim the boneless hams.  We do the demanding work to ensure you enjoy only the finest parts of the ham, with just enough fat for flavor.  This care extends to the moisture content of our ham.  It is neither dry nor moisture-laden. You get to enjoy only great tasting ham, nothing more, nothing less.

We knew we had something really special when the Swiss president of a premium grocery chain came out of a weekend of tasting new products and declared our ham the best of what he'd tasted!

HAM STEAK

Quick and easy, perfect to throw on the grill or in the pan for a dinner for a few, dice up for omelettes or a quiche, or just about anything else! Cut from our traditional cure hams.  A half inch thick slice of our delicious traditional cure ham, in an eight to twelve-oz piece individually wrapped.
