And if we ever decide to mail paper catalogs, we won’t send you one unless you request it! Too many thousands of acres of trees are cut down for paper catalogs every year – use the Internet!

Vermont Smoke and Cure is only happy when you and your gift recipients are thrilled with the items we send. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, we’ll either replace it or refund the full amount of your order. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
To ensure that the foods we send you arrive properly cold, we combine insulated boxes, ‘ice blocks’ and offer only shipping options that will get your products to you in time.

Holiday 2012 Shipping
Orders that will be shipped by UPS ground should be placed by 12 midnight on Tuesday, December 13th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.
Orders that will be shipped by UPS 2nd day or overnight should be placed by 12 midnight on Sunday, December 18th to ensure delivery by December 23rd.
Timing of Shipping & Delivery
Please note that since most orders ship via 2nd day air, orders received after midnight on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
If you need your order delivered on or before a specific day, please email us to confirm the following: that the item is in stock, which shipping option is best, and that the required timing will work.
We are occasionally temporarily out of stock of some items. If any of the items for your order are out of stock such that it will delay shipping of your order for a week or more, we will notify you of when to expect to receive your order.
When we ship your order, we will notify you by email.

Payment Options:
Mail orders can be paid for by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), check or money order. Fax, Phone and Website orders can be paid for by credit card only.
Phone Orders:
Call us at (802) 476-4666. Phone hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday. Anytime you can't reach us in person you can either request a call back or leave your order on our secure answering machine.
Fax Orders:
You may fax us at (802) 476-3151. You can fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You must use our order form and please fill it out completely, clearly and darkly. Please remember to include your phone number in case we have any questions.
