A sampler of our three traditional sausage - Sweet Italian, Hot Italian and Breakfast -- all made with pork grown naturally here in Vermont! Pork grown without antibiotics or added hormones and fed no animal byproducts - a diet of only grains, minerals and pasture or hay. Free roaming in pasture in the summer and in barns with deep bedded packs in the Winter & early Spring.  Uncooked, no preservatives, frozen.
