Natural sausages, made from naturally great ingredients. We make these natural sausages to serve to our own families, with great flavor and healthy ingredients. Our recipes are born from a demanding set of parents: the 150 year Italian heritage of Barre, Vermont and Vermont’s vibrant, local foods-driven food culture. We start with whole food ingredients like Vermont maple syrup, maple sugar, porcini mushrooms, Vermont cheddar cheese -- and even Vermont beer! The result in each case is “damn fine” flavor. The ground pork or turkey that goes into our sausages is raised without antibiotics and added hormones. We use no preservatives, so we ship these fresh sausages frozen. We use no MSG in our sausages nor in any of our other products. Customers remark that our sausages "don't shrink in the pan"...and..."they're not greasy." That's because our sausages contain less fat and far less water than the USDA allows -- our sausages are full of naturally grown pork or turkey!
