Flavor this good in an all-natural sausage!  In a town of Italian granite artisans, we have to get our Italian Sausages right. Whole fennel and other spices & herbs hit the mark.  Even through the perfect spice blend, you can taste the difference in the meat from how these pigs are raised!  Pork grown seasonally on pasture and without antibiotics and fed no animal byproducts.

Ingredients: Pork, water, fennel, salt, sugar, spices, garlic powder.  Encased in collagen casing. Contains no wheat, gluten, soy, nuts or milk.

Two 12-oz packages

HANDLING Ships frozen. Refrigerate upon receipt and enjoy within 5 days of receipt or freeze for up to 6 months. Cook fully on the grill, in the pan or in the oven.
