A German-style pork beer brat with big chunks of Cabot's Sharp Cheddar and apples from Champlain Orchards. The real cheddar (not 'high temp' rubbery cheese formulated to resist melting) melts some while it cooks, spreading the cheese flavor throughout. The fresh apples turn just tender. A treat for the whole family, for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Made without any preservatives, MSG or artificial flavors. Pork grown without antibiotics and fed no animal byproducts.
Ingredients: Pork, Champlain Orchards apples, Cabot cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), salt, water, spices, evaporated cane sugar, caraway seed. In collagen casing. Contains no wheat, gluten, soy or nuts. Contains: Milk.

Ships frozen. Refrigerate upon receipt and enjoy within 5 days of receipt or freeze for up to 6 months. This sausage cooks best in the pan due to melting cheese. |
