Bacon from pigs raised naturally here in Vermont, brined with Vermont's own Maple Syrup - it doesn't get any better than this! We brine the bellies from our Vermont grown pigs with the same brine as our Uncured bacon - with a balance of Vermont maple syrup and moderate amount of salt.
