Vermont Smoke and Cure is only happy when you and your gift recipients are thrilled with the items we send. If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, we'll either replace it or refund the full amount of your order. We wouldn¹t have it any other way.

Delivery Timing
All orders to addresses within New England ship via ground.  If 2nd day air is selected, the ground rate will show in the costs and it will ship via ground.  Packages arrive the next day after shipping via ground.

We ship to avoid packages being in transit over the weekend, and so ship Monday-Wednesday for items expected to arrive within 2 days, or Monday-Thursday for items that will arrive within 1 day.

We typically ship 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
Please note that since most orders to addresses outside of the New England states ship via 2nd day air, most orders received after midnight on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.

So, orders received Tuesday after noon or later during the week will likely ship the following Monday. Major holiday shipping times may vary, so please order at least a week early so we can be sure to get you your order.

If you need your order delivered on or before a specific day, please email us to confirm that the item is in stock, which shipping option is best, and that the required timing will work.

We are occasionally temporarily out of stock of some items. If any of the items for your order are out of stock such that it will delay shipping of your order, we will notify you of when to expect to receive your order.

When we ship your order, we will notify you by email.
