We make our uncured bacon with the same balance of Vermont maple syrup and moderate amount of salt as our traditionally cured hams. They are cured with celery juice powder, a natural source of nitrates that yields the same flavor as our traditionally cured hams.
Made from pork raised without any antibiotics, fed a vegetarian diet and Certified Humane by Humane Farm Animal Care.
No nitrites or nitrates added except for those naturally occurring in celery juice and sea salt.
